How fast will I receive my recording?
After your order we get to work right away. Most projects are delivered within one business day. For longer scripts or busy periods you see the expected delivery date before you pay.
Can I first request a free sample recording?
Yes. Choose a voice, send a short text, and you'll receive a free demo recording with no obligation. This lets you hear the tone before you book a full project.
How is my price calculated?
Your price depends on the length of your script or how you will use the recording (for example, in a commercial). You will see the total amount in the configurator and on the rates page before you order. No surprises later.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the price you see here is the full price for the recording, including the chosen usage rights (buyout).
What if the tone isn't quite right?
Contact us after delivery. If the tone doesn't fit, we'll look at a retake together. Larger script changes afterwards may carry a small supplement.
